A staged renovation and extension of a pre-war character house in Wooloowin. The first stage adds around 50 m² of living space on the upper level, opening north to a new deck to catch the breezes, while the ground floor is set up to become a second living area later on.

Planning approval was granted in August 2026 and the project is moving into construction documentation.
